A booking is confirmed once a deposit of €29 is paid through our secure checkout. The deposit is credited toward the total price of your session — it is not an additional fee.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, payable by cash or card.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation.

You may reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled photoshoot date. Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will result in the loss of the deposit and require a new booking with a new deposit to secure a different date.

Sessions take place outdoors at the locations described for your chosen package. We monitor weather conditions and will suggest rescheduling in case of conditions that would meaningfully affect the shoot, subject to the rescheduling terms above.

Arriving significantly late may shorten the available shooting time; the session will still end at its originally scheduled time.

Edited photos are delivered via a private online gallery link within the turnaround window stated for your package at the time of booking (typically 72–96 hours).

The number of edited photos delivered corresponds to the package purchased. Additional edited photos beyond that number may be available on request for an extra fee.

You may use your delivered photos for personal use, including social media and printing, without restriction.

Lumière Noire retains the right to use session images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including on this website and social media, unless you request otherwise in writing before your session.

Lumière Noire is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, public safety incidents, or venue access restrictions.

Our liability in connection with any session is limited to the amount paid for that session.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from a booking made through this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
